I am a corporate and M&A lawyer with over 18 years of experience advising domestic and international clients on transactions, regulatory issues, and strategic matters. My practice includes structuring acquisitions, joint ventures, shareholder arrangements and private equity investments, often in regulated or technically complex sectors. 

I focus on M&A, corporate governance, and structured real estate deals, particularly in the mid-market. I have advised on various transactions across sectors, including logistics, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, software, gaming, financial services, retail, and industrial manufacturing. I also work regularly with foreign investors entering the Portuguese market.
