My practice includes registration and defence of IP rights. I deal with the use and commercialisation of trade marks, patents and copyright, as well as know how, design and model.
I have a strong focus on contentious work, where I represent clients in copyright, trade mark and design litigation, from urgent protective proceedings to full trials before the national courts.
I also advise on all aspects of brand and domain name protection and exploitation, including negotiating and preparing licenses relating to intangible assets.
My clients come from a broad range of industries including advertising, clothing, cosmetics, food, healthcare, media, new technology and wine.
I became an Avocat in 2003 after being a trade mark attorney for 15 years. I am a registered agent at the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).
I work both in French and English.
In my spare time I enjoy cooking and have an interest in wine.
