I have a range of experience in public and administrative law, with a particular focus on planning and environmental law. This includes judicial review proceedings, regulatory investigations, inquiries, licensing enforcement, district court prosecutions, planning law and statutory interpretation.

I have acted for public sector bodies in judicial review cases involving issues of planning, environmental, EU, public and administrative law. I have also worked on planning injunctions concerning unauthorised development and enforcement proceedings concerning unlicensed activities.

I provide advisory services to public bodies, offering strategic advices on licensing and enforcement functions, as well as planning decision-making processes.

I have worked on high profile planning judicial review proceedings and advise on and prepare prosecutions in respect of environmental offences, including breaches of various statutory provisions in national and European environmental legislation.

Beyond my experience in planning and environmental law, I have a wide range of experience in public and regulatory law. I have also received training in areas such as data protection, sports law and commercial contracts.
