I assist employers with a wide range of complex employment-related issues including employment tribunal claims involving unfair dismissal and discrimination, disciplinary and grievance matters and general day-to-day HR matters.

I have particular experience in advising on employee exits, collective and individual redundancy processes, disciplinary proceedings and investigations.

I also have experience in handling large multi-jurisdiction advisory projects, with a particular focus on the collection of Inclusiveness and Diversity data.  As part of Fieldfisher's Inclusiveness, Diversity & Culture (IDC) team, supporting business leaders to create successful organisations that foster diversity of thought and an inclusive culture, I have a particular interest in the innovative solutions that Artificial Intelligence technologies can offer to promote inclusiveness and diversity in the workplace.
