Professional background

My main areas of practice
A particular focus of my advice in this regard is on transactions such as corporate acquisitions, financings and restructurings, as well as advising companies and investors in the FinTech and Life Science sectors.

In addition to more than 20 years of experience in advising on private equity transactions and financings, I bring expertise in Banking and FinTech as a long-standing General Counsel of a FinTech bank.

Recently, I have advised Intersect ENT and ResMed on acquisitions and disposals in the Life Science sector and FinTech companies on financing rounds. I also advised Vivid Money on its market launch in Germany and Europe and various other FinTechs on regulatory and other strategic issues.

I advise my clients in German and English.
