I have extensive experience in the Banking and Finance, Manufacturing, Retail and Food & Drink sectors.

My notable experience includes:

• Successfully managing a shareholder dispute claim in relation to the ownership of a group of companies in the Retail Sector. The client was successful at first instance and the decision was upheld on appeal. Proceeding with enforcement action.
• Acting for a litigation investment company in pursuing claims against a number of companies located in Europe relating to the supply of specialist equipment for use in the food production industry and defending counterclaims of alleged defects.
• Defending a commercial claim brought by a company (related to concurrent employment proceedings) against a former director in relation to the former director's shareholding worth up to £5m.
• Defending a former director against a claim worth up to $200m from the administrators of a world-renowned steel manufacturing company now in administration.
• Advising two international directors of an English vaping/cannabis company on defending claims against them personally relating to loans indirectly related to the company and their role as directors, especially in relation to jurisdictional challenges.
• Advising an international client in relation to defending a claim relating to damage to a superyacht. The claim alleges the client was 'slip leader' under an insurance policy involving a syndicate of insurers.
