I have developed experience advising clients on a variety of disputes such as arbitrations, shareholder disputes, negligence claims, contract disputes, commercial agency claims, product liability claims and property litigation.

I advise clients operating in a wide range of sectors including financial services, technology, life sciences and pharmaceuticals, food and drink, retail and fashion and media.

Some examples of the cases that I have worked on, or am currently working on, include advising:
  • a health foods manufacturer on a product recall of one of its popular brands of nutrition bars in the UK;
  • an international pharmaceutical company on an ICC arbitration relating to a collaboration agreement worth $14m;
  • a private individual on defending multiple claims of fraud relating to the administration of their classic car business worth in excess of £160m; and
  • a client who manufactures and supplies medical equipment throughout the EU, on managing and settling various claims arising from the temporary loss of CE accreditation relating to some of its products.
In addition, I am heavily involved in one of Fieldfisher's pro-bono schemes, advising families in taking action against local authorities who owe family members duties of care under the Care Act 2014. To date, I have been successful in advising 2 families in obtaining social care and support for family members with learning disabilities.
