I have experience in both contentious and non-contentious construction matters advising clients on both standard form industry contracts, as well as bespoke contracts.

I regularly act for employers, contractors, consultants, local authorities advising on strategic pre-dispute options to avoid formal dispute processes; the procedure of formal dispute processes; and the commercial implications for the clients.

My experience includes assisting clients in relation to court proceedings; adjudication and alternative dispute processes on a wide range of construction disputes, with a particular focus on energy and infrastructure projects in the UK.
