A key focus of my practice is on the strategic structuring of Distribution Systems and the legal organisation of operational business. I specialize in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating distribution, cooperation, supply, and service agreements, as well as general terms and conditions. This often involves advising on how to optimize market entry in Germany and Europe from a legal perspective. Additionally, I counsel companies across various industries on e-commerce and consumer sales matters.

In the intersecting fields of ESG & Supply Chain Compliance, my guidance on sustainable international supply chain design encompasses not only the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act but also relevant European regulations on sustainable supply cycles. I also regularly advise companies on the legal design of innovative and sustainable business models.

In the field of ESG & Product Compliance, I offer companies comprehensive, practical support in navigating German and European regulations throughout the entire product life cycle. This typically involves requirements related to product safety, eco-design, and labelling. Alongside advising on compliance, my focus is always on strategically minimizing liability risks. I also regularly assist clients in market surveillance proceedings with regulatory authorities.

My background
I studied law in Freiburg (Breisgau) and also gained experience with an international corporation in the pharmaceutical sector during my further professional training. Through a client-secondment, I obtained further insights into the practical processes and needs on the corporate side.
