My main areas of practice
My main focus is on advising national and international clients on corporate acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate housekeeping. I also specialise in advising on Stock Corporation Law. In particular, I support public limited companies in the conduct, preparation and follow-up of general meetings and provide ongoing legal advice to their executive bodies.

I advise our clients in German and English.

Personal engagement
In addition to my legal traineeship, I have successfully completed training as a mediator and have been a lecturer for a mediation training institute since 2022.

My background
After studying law at the University of Hamburg with a focus on Commercial and Corporate Law, I completed my legal clerkship in the district court of Lübeck, including a station at the Scientific Services of the German Bundestag in Berlin.

I was admitted to the bar in June 2022.
