My practice focuses on IPOs, secondary offerings and advising listed companies on their corporate obligations such as mergers and acquisitions.

I have completed internships in French and international law firms, in France and in England.

I hold a Master's degree in Banking and Financial Market Law (Université Jean Moulin Lyon III – 2016) and was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2019.

I speak French and English.
