My practice focuses on advising listed companies on their corporate obligations, day-to-day operations and more specific operations such as IPOs, secondary offerings, mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to joining Fieldfisher, I was a senior in-house counsel specialized in corporate and capital market law at Latécoère, an aeronautical equipment manufacturer based in Toulouse and listed on the regulated market of Euronext Paris.
I was previously trained in the Capital Markets department of Brunswick Avocats.
I hold a DJCE - Master's degree in Business Law (Toulouse 1 Capitole University - 2010).
I speak French and English.
