I also work with investment services providers and investment funds and assist clients with IPOs, securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions involving listed companies, tender offers, and more generally investment in listed companies. My team also advises listed companies on a day-to-day basis with all of their legal obligations.

My team and I have intervened in a number of transactions over the past few months as deal counsel, counsel to lead managers and bookrunners or investors, including amongst others: Arcure (IPO), Vogo (IPO), BIO-UV Group (IPO), GL Events (capital increase), Deinove (contribution in kind and capital increase), Carbios (capital increase), Focus Home Interactive (capital increase), AwoX (capital increase and issue of convertible bonds) and Kerlink (IPO and then capital increase).

I am a member of the Securities Lawyers Association (Association des Avocats en Droit Boursier) and member of the Corporate Finance commission of France Biotech.

I hold a specialised Master's degree in Law and International Management (HEC and ESCP Europe - 2003), as well as a Master's degree in Corporate and Business Law (Paris XI University - 2002). I was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2005. 

Prior to joining Fieldfisher Paris, I was a partner at Brunswick Société d'Avocats, where I headed the Capital Markets Department. I started my career in 2005 in the Capital Markets team of Jeantet Associés AARPI.

I speak both French and English.
