My practice includes equity securities offerings (IPOs and secondary offerings) and day-to-day regulatory advice to listed companies. I also have experience in equity-linked and structured debt securities offerings.
I hold a Master's degree in Banking and Financial Law (University of Maine – 2014) and was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2019.
Prior to joining Fieldfisher, I have worked in the Debt Capital Markets team of an international American law firm, and as in-house counsel at BNP Paribas CIB.
I speak French and English.
