Moira Campbell

I have been advising domestic and international employers on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law for over 12 years. I have particular expertise working alongside the global inward investment team, assisting international clients grow and expand into the UK and Europe.

I have deep experience advising HR, in-house legal and senior leadership teams on all aspects of employment law including onboarding employees, HR data privacy matters, performance issues, employee sickness absence, misconduct, business protection matters, reduction in force and termination of employment. I also have strong expertise advising on discrimination, whistleblowing and harassment issues in the workplace. I am a proficient litigator, with experience in both the Employment Tribunal and Employment Appeal Tribunal. 

I have been ranked as an ‘Associate to Watch’ and ‘Rising Star’ in Chambers & Partners and Legal 500 respectively for the last three consecutive years. I am a regular media commentator and have appeared on a Channel 4 documentary, as well as being quoted in publications such as The Times, The Sunday Times, Law360 and Women’s Health Magazine. I have also written articles for many publications including but not limited to efinancial careers, the Solicitor’s Journal, the International Employment Lawyer, HR Magazine, People Management and the Legal Gazette. 

Whilst working with clients in all sectors, I have particular experience advising clients in financial and professional services, luxury fashion and technology. 

Prior to joining Fieldfisher, I worked in a top tier Chambers-ranked employment law team at an internationally recognised full-service law firm in London.
