Paul Geddes

I have worked as in-house counsel providing legal advice and support to OTC and exchange-traded derivative, structured tax, collateral trading and money market businesses, as well as advising on the relevant regulatory issues.

I have also supported in-house Treasury teams on corporate, funding and trading matters before establishing and leading the legal and documentation team for the derivatives sales and trading businesses at Investec as well as providing legal support to the Central Treasury funding desk during my nine years there.

I qualified as a solicitor for England and Wales during my time in the Derivatives and Securities Finance legal team at Deutsche Bank where I negotiated derivatives and collateral trading documentation.
