I have experience in a range of non-contentious legal work including reviewing and negotiating both standard form and bespoke construction agreements, as well as reviewing and drafting PFI documentation. Working closely with developers, lenders and purchasers, I conduct due diligence and provide advice on documentation within the context of developments, investments and property acquisitions. I also have in-house experience assisting with cladding and building safety claims and providing support to site teams on specific contractual queries.
