My main areas of practice
I advise clients on financial and corporate restructurings and reorganizations matters with national and international implications. In particular, I advise on transactions and financing issues in the context of bridge and real estate financing.

Furthermore, I have experience resolving commercial disputes, in particular in the field of banking and finance, including complex insolvency disputes. In addition, I also have experience in advising on associated civil and criminal liability risks.

I advise our clients in German and English.

My background
I studied law at the Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main and at the Università degli Studi di Milano. After my Second State Examination, I started a doctorate in the field of cybercrime.

Prior to joining Fieldfisher, I worked for several major international law firms, mainly in the areas of Litigation, Arbitration & Investigation, regularly with reference to financial law issues.
