Fieldfisher advised PHE (D'Ieteren Group) in the sale of its vehicle glass repair and replacement business Mondial Pare-Brise to Macif. Mondial Pare-Brise is the 3rd largest national player with 806 sales offices (113 branches, 260 franchisees and 433 repair centers) and has more than 400 employees.
The disposal of PHE’s specialized glass repair activities was imposed by the European Commission following the acquisition of PHE by D’Ieteren Group.
The proceeds from the sale will strengthen PHE’s strategic development through organic and external growth.
