  • Acting as deal counsel in Carbios' capital increase by accelerated book building. Copernicus AM, Michelin Venture, L’Oréal via its capital-investment fund BOLD (Business Opportunities for L'Oréal Development) and Truffle Capital have subscribed to the capital increase (€14,5M) 
  • Acting as deal counsel on AwoX's dual share capital increase with preferential subscription rights and on an issue of bonds convertible into and/or exchangeable for new or existing shares (€7,5M)
  • Advising DEINOVE on the contribution in kind allowing the company to acquire BIOVERTIS and its German subsidiary MORPHOCHEM, and on its €8.5M capital increase, performed via an accelerated book building
  • Advising Focus Home in its capital increase by way of a private placement addressed to qualified Investors through an accelerated book building process (€13M)
  • Advising BIO-UV Group on its acquisition of 100% of the shares of Triogen Holdings Limited and its subsidiary SUEZ Purification and Disinfection Systems Ltd, together "Triogen", a SUEZ Water Technologies & Solutions entity (£6,3M)
