My main areas of practice
A particular focus is on advising on digital business models (FinTech). I also advise on Compliance, in particular AML.
I have extensive experience in supporting market entry and regulatory change projects, advising on outsourcing in the financial sector and providing regulatory support for FinTech M&A transactions.
Our clients include regulated institutions, FinTechs and unregulated companies from the financial sector.
I advise our clients in German and English.
My background
Before joining Fieldfisher, I worked for several years as a lawyer in international commercial law firms in London and Frankfurt.
